David Sheedy is the owner of RediCheck Midwest. He has over 32 years experience
as a practicing Structural Engineer designing governmental, educational, medical,
commercial, and industrial projects. He has managed a full service design office
with over 100 employees for over 10 years. Part of his role as office leader was
to set up a quality control system for the firm and solve design problems that occurred
during construction. His supervision and interaction with the staff in a multi-discipline
firm gives him a unique perspective on how to avoid errors in contract documents.

with over 31 years experience in managing complex construction projects. He is a
former Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer and was responsible for the Navy's construction

Mike Miguel is the owner of RediCheck Pacific. With over 36 years in the
design and construction field, he offers a broad spectrum of experience and expertise
in design principles, requirements, and regulations. Mr. Miguel has a unique perspective
on the avoidance of construction claims, having spent several years working for
the Naval Office of General Counsel's claims litigation team. As technical representative
to the litigation team, he analyzed plans and specifications for more than 80 large
construction claims, totalling approximately $20 million. In addition to his background
in design and construction management, he has also been a contracting officer for
the federal government, an environmental cleanup manager, and a military base conversion
professional.
