He has over 39 years design and construction experience with the Navy Civil Engineer Corps; Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel; small business private land development; and as a Navy civilian project manager/design manager for an assortment of facilities stateside and overseas. Mr. Lavoie brings hands-on field experience, problem solving and an owner's perspective of budget and time constraints to the review of your project plans.
