Chuck Navin is the owner of RediCheck North, LLC. He is a Civil Engineer with over 27 years experience in managing complex construction projects. He is a former Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer and was responsible for the Navy's construction and facility management for bases in the five state Northwest Region. Mr. Navin's experience with design and construction quality assurance programs at the Navy's industrialized nuclear shipyards provides clients an added measure of attention to detail in review of their documents.
