Mike Miguel is the owner of RediCheck Pacific. With over 32 years in the design and construction field, he offers a broad spectrum of experience and expertise in design principles, requirements, and regulations. Mr. Miguel has a unique perspective on the avoidance of construction claims, having spent several years working for the Naval Office of General Counsel's claims litigation team. As technical representative to the litigation team, he analyzed plans and specifications for more than 80 large construction claims, totalling approximately $20 million. In addition to his background in design and construction management, he has also been a contracting officer for the federal government, an environmental cleanup manager, and a military base conversion professional.
